I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you thank so much for your support and honesty in helping my husband and I with our security system.  We feel so much safer knowing our alarm works so efficiently and has such a quick response time.  With having two little ones now we take very little chances on our safety and security.  Your installer answered all of our questions and we appreciated in easy installation.  We are never concerned anymore when we go out of town.  I really like the beeping noise when the doors get opened.  It helps me keep an eye on my toddler, who always wants to go outside.

I have been a customer of yours since May of 2007.  I am very pleased with the way our system works.  It is so great to hear a voice tell us when some one is entering the house.  We always have relatives stopping by who have keys, so this let’s me know when they have arrived without being startled!  Also, I have two young children, and if for some reason my children open the door when I am not present, I am notified immediately and can be prepared to react.

I am also pleased with the high level of customer service that you and your team have provided throughout the contract signing, the installation and currently.
